Stage 5: Contracts
Contracts are now prepared and signed. We use Master Builders Renovation contracts that are easy to read and understand.
Stage 6: Construction
Frequent updates via our online system alongside regular site visits enable you to see your design come to life.
Stage 7: Handover
We carry out a detailed inspection of the completed works with you and rectify anything which needs attention. Now you can move into your newly renovated home.
Stage 8: Maintenance Period
We attend to any issues that require attention during the defects liability period.
Stage 1: Initial Contact Phase
You contact us. We ask you to complete our online form so we can obtain vital information about your project and establish expectations around your renovation.
Stage 2: Relationship Phase
We take the time to meet for a free Project Assessment and discuss your ideas, requirements, time lines and options.
Stage 3 Design & Engagement Phase
You engage an architect or building designer, or we introduce you to one of ours. This is an exciting part of the process where your ideas come to life on paper. During this process we can provide expert advice and direction for inclusion in your building plans. We can work in with you and your architect/designer to give price estimates based on your concepts.
Stage 4: Consultancy Phase
Once your plans are finalised you will meet with our specialists and subcontractors to finalise your selections including cabinetry designs and finishes, appliances, internal finishes and colour schemes, electrical plans, floor coverings, tiles, etc. Based on your plans and these choices we will prepare a detailed and accurate Cost Plan and Specifications document. Making your selections prior to construction allows for us to provide you with a fixed price (no nasty surprises along the way).
