Our building process is made up of 8 simple steps:
You contact us. We’ll ask you to complete our online form so we can obtain key information about your project and establish expectations around your new custom home or renovation.
We’ll take the time to meet for a free project assessment and discuss your ideas, requirements, timelines and options.
Design and Engagement
You’ll engage an architect or building designer, or we’ll introduce you to one of ours. This is an exciting part of the process – it’s where your ideas come to life on paper. During this stage, we can provide expert advice and offer direction for inclusions. We can also work with you and your architect or designer to provide cost estimates based on your concepts.
Once your plans are confirmed, you’ll meet with our specialists and subcontractors to finalise your selections, including cabinetry, appliances, internal finishes and colour schemes, electrical plans, floor coverings and tiles. Based on your plans and these choices we will prepare a detailed and accurate cost plan and specifications document. Making selections prior to construction allows us to provide you with a fixed price quote, meaning no nasty surprises during the build.
We’ll prepare a fixed price Master Builders contract for you to sign. Rest assured, this contract will be easy to read and understand – there’s no complex building jargon here!
It’s time to bring your design to life. You’ll receive regular updates via our online client login system alongside regular site visits, which enable you to see your vision come to life.
We carry out a detailed inspection of the completed works with you and rectify anything that may need attention. Then, it is time move into your new custom home or renovated residence.
We’ll attend to any issues that require attention during the 12 month defect’s liability period. We also provide a seven year structural warranty.
